The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Carl Holland. Holland is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated homicide.
Holland, 28, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 240 pounds. Holland’s last known residence was at the 400 block Cleveland Road, Cleveland, Ohio. Holland is considered armed and dangerous.
