Teen Shot; Crashes Car Into Church

CLEVELAND- A 19-year-old man is dead and two other teenagers injured after their car crashed into the New Bethel Church at the corner of E. 93rd Street and St. Clair Avenue Friday night.

According to police, the crash occurred after the car was shot at. The 19-year-old was struck in the head by one of the shots and pronounced dead at University Hospitals. 

Two other teenagers were hospitalized as a result of the crash. One is a 17-year-old boy, the other is a 15-year-old boy.

Our news partner WKYC-TV, Channel 3, reports that, according to the Cleveland Police Department, The car the three victims were traveling in, was reported stolen out of Richmond Heights.
