Man, Woman Accused Of Hiding Body In A Freezer

(Youngstown) - A man and woman are due in court Monday on charges of Abuse of a Corpse for hiding a body in a freezer.

Police were called out Saturday night to a house in the suburb of Campbell.  In a freezer in that house, a body was found.  The body has been sent to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner to determine a name and cause of death.  Youngstown Police are handling the case, as the freezer had originally been in a house in that city.

Arturo Novoa, 31, was arrested Saturday night by U.S. Marshals.  Katrina Layton, 34, was arrested Sunday morning.  Both are in the Mahoning County Jail.

Youngstown Police are investigating a missing person case, and the two could be connected, as the missing woman, Shannon Graves, had been dating Novoa.  Graves has been missing since Easter.
