Current & Former Tribe Players To Host Fundraiser

(CLEVELAND) - "Atheletes + Causes Cleveland", a celebration of Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco's charitable work, will be held tomorrow night, Sunday, July 23rd, at Red Space, located at 2400 Superior Avenue.


Former Indians players, Carrasco, and Tribe 2nd Baseman Jason Kipnis will be in attendance, along with former Indian, now Blue Jay, Joe Smith and CBS Sports reporter Allie LaForce.

The event will include food, drinks and a silent auction, with funds raised benefiting the Carlos Carrasco Foundation, supporting early childhood education and Joe and Allie's Help Cure HD foundation, which helps families affected by Huntington's Disease.

Cleveland Clinic's Huntington's Disease research and Berea-based OhioGuidestone will also benefit from the event.
