After former Cavs GM David Griffin and owner Dan Gilbert mutually agreed to part ways a couple weeks ago, it appeared that former NBA all-star Chauncey Billups would step into the role in the Cavs front office.
However, after delaying the decision for over a week, Billups has decided to stay with ESPN as an analyst.
