A Brunswick father vacationing with his family at Walt Disney World has been charged with child neglect. Brian Keith Olmstead, 35, reportedly went on a drunken tirade, using racist slurs as he plowed a stroller through crowds at Disney's Art of Animation Resort on Sunday, May 14th.

According to WKMG, Olmstead reportedly left a cheerleading competition at ESPN's Wide World of Sports around 3:30 PM. Upon returning to the resort, he proceeded to drinking himself into "a state of intoxication" at the pool bar while his young son sat in a stroller next to him.

Disney officials reported they received at least 11 complaints about Olmstead's behavior over a four hour period. Resort staff escorted him back to his room, but Olmstead returned to the food court where he allegedly made violent threats to several other guests.

Orange County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and Olmstead was taken into custody. Deputies found Olmstead's son had worn a dirty diaper for several hours and was extremely sunburned. Paramedics indicated the child had first-degree burns across his legs and feet.

A deputy reported that Olmstead was verbally abusive while being transported in the patrol car, telling the deputy that Donald Trump would kill him.

Olmstead was booked on charges of child neglect and later posted a $2,200 bond. He has a previous record of DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
