(Willoughby, OH) -- A Willoughby police officer is being cleared of wrongdoing in the deadly shooting of a fleeing felon. The Lake County prosecutor has ruled the shooting justified, citing Frank Sandor's use of a stolen car as a weapon. Sandor was shot and killed in October by officers in the parking lot of a Lowe's store.
