Bond $2 Million Each In Double-Fatal Drive-By

(Cleveland) – Bond has been continued at $2 million each for three suspects in the drive-by shooting deaths of a teenage boy, and a Cleveland State University professor.

Terrell Gray, Kassius Williams, and Charles Walker all entered pleas of not guilty during their arraignments on Friday morning.  All three had their cases assigned to Court of Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCormack, and will all be in his courtroom on April 19 for pre-trial hearings.

Police and prosecutors say Gray, Williams, and Walker shot at a car on Woodland Avenue near East 89th, killing 15-year-old Tywain Johnson, who was in the car.  Also killed was 61-year-old David Wilder, who was just driving byat the time.

Gray, Williams, and Walker are charged with, among other crimes, Aggravated Murder, and Murder.
