(Cleveland)- Cleveland Police are looking for a 12-year old girl who disappeared after leaving her home Sunday April 2nd. Summer Young was last seen about 8:30 p.m. that night after telling her brother she'd be home the next morning. She left in a white Cadillac with two other females. The car was last seen going southbound on West 95th Street and turning east on Almira. Summer is 5 feet tall and weighs about 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey fleece jacket and white pants with her hair pulled back in a ponytail.
