(Cleveland)-Ohioans are being encouraged to test their tornado preparedness today. A statewide tornado drill will be held at 9:50 this morning to test the Emergency Alert System. Counties across the state will also activate their warning sirens as part of the drill. Ohio Emergency Management Agency officials say spring weather brings an increased risk for tornadoes and severe storms.
