Travel Ban Protest Set For Friday Afternoon

(Cleveland)  --  A march is planned today in Cleveland to protest President Trump's Middle East travel ban.

The "March for Refugees and Immigrants" will begin at Market Square on West 25th Street at 4 p.m., then move to Cleveland City Hall.

Immigration and refugee rights groups organized the march, saying the president's executive order is unfair to Muslims.

Organizers from Cleveland Peace Action say in a written statement, "The new U.S. president is moving forward on erecting his walls, blocking refugees, punishing sanctuary cities, and instituting anti-Muslim policies."
