With the onset of the sub-zero arctic blast; many schools throughout Northern Ohio have decided to close down at least through Tuesday. In addition; Cleveland Hopkins Airport announced that most of the regional express flights have been cancelled. Those planning to fly should check with their carrier prior to leaving for the airport. The cities recreation centers are now open to the homeless as warming centers. Cleveland police will also be patroling for local street people who are unaware of those centers. Health officials are warning people to stay indoors through early Wednesday.
