(Cleveland) -- A bomb squad is at a house on Spring Road in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood dealing with a suspected meth lab in a house.

The house is in the 1700 block of Spring Road, near Benjamin Franklin Elementary School.

Police were called out about 4:00 a.m. Thursday to reports of a possible meth lab in a house where there were children, aged 7-13. The children were safely evacuated from the house.

Channel 3 news reports that police found a burned-up backpack in the house, and also evidence consistent with a meth lab.
