(Cleveland)- Cuyahoga County Council is beginning debate on a controversial proposal to extend the "sin tax." Public meetings this afternoon will give taxpayers a chance to weigh in imposing the tax on cigarettes and alcohol for another 20 years.

The Cleveland Indians, Browns and Cavaliers will also present their "wish lists" for the money raised by the tax.

Cuyahoga County voters have twice approved the tax to build Cleveland's professional sports facilities.
