(Cleveland)- Cuyahoga County prosecutors are repeating the need for dash-cams on Cleveland police cars.

It follows the deadly chase and shooting in late 2012.

Prosecutor Tim McGinty says not having video footage might have stalled their investigation.

Cleveland Police Officer Michael Brelo was charged Friday with felony manslaughter, which carries a mandatory prison term.

Five supervisors face misdemeanor charges in connection with the case.
