(Cleveland) - Cleveland Police now say that only one person died in a shooting during a block party Sunday night on the east side, that earlier reports of two dead were not correct.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office says Jaleel Tolbert, 19, of Cleveland, died en route to University Hospitals Case Medical Center.

In all, police say three people had been shot. The other two victims, men aged 20 and 21, were treated at MetroHealth Medical Center. Witnesses had earlier said as many as eight people were involved.

Police continue to look for whomever fired the shots. It happened late Sunday night in the area of East 123rd Street and Tuscora Avenue during a block party. When police arrived, nearly 200 people were on the street in the area.
