(Cleveland) - The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office reports two men have been arrested on drug trafficking charges - for allegedly selling heroin tainted with a powerful pain killer.
The suspects identified as Ralph Torres and Rafael Torres II. They are initially charged with drug trafficking.
Police believe at least one of the packets they were supposedly selling may have caused at least one fatal overdose, and several near overdoses on Cleveland's near west side.
Evidence may be presented to the Grand Jury and indictments sought against the Torres'.
The prosecutor's warns that they believe there is still tainted heroin being distributed in the county.
