(Cleveland)- Heroin overdoses in Cuyahoga County are on the decline, in part because of widespread use of an antidote.

County officials say 90 people have died from heroin this year, down seven-percent from this time last year.

They say the use of Naloxone by first responders in the early moments of an overdose helped prevent 63 possible deaths.
