(Cleveland)- Gas prices in northeast Ohio are taking another big plunge before an expected holiday weekend spike.

ClevelandGasPrices.com reports the average price of self-serve regular dropped 12-cents this week to three-dollars-61-cents a gallon.

Most service stations are charging between $3.41 and $3.89 a gallon.
