(Cleveland) - A Garfield Heights man has been slapped with a 13-year prison sentence after being convicted in the county's first ever human trafficking case.

Forty-six year old Gregory Krajnyk operated a prostitution and human trafficking ring from 2008 through 2012.

He pleaded guilty to several charges Monday including human trafficking, rape, promoting prostitution and endangering children.

Krajnyk was then sentenced to the lengthy prison term by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Russo.
