(Cleveland) East Cleveland triple murder suspect Michael Madison was back in court this morning for a re-indictment.
Prosecutors are now seeking the death penalty for Madison who is accused of killing of Shetisha Sheeley, Angela Deskins and Shirellda Terry. The women's bodies were wrapped in garbage bags and hidden in various locations in East Cleveland.
During the arraignment Judge Robert McClelland read Madison his rights and explained procedures. Defense Attorney David Grant waived the reading of the indictment and entered a plea of not guilty.
Judge McClelland assigned Judge Nancy McDonald for the pre-trial hearing on November 5th at 9am.
