(Cleveland) -  Twelve Cleveland Firefighters have entered guilty pleas for their roles in the shift swapping scandal. The firefighters accused receiving unlawful compensation for taking money to cover shifts for other firefighters. Each sentenced to 6 months in jail - but the jail time was suspended.  A 13th firefighter facing charges is still to stand trial.
