(Cleveland) - A court hearing is held for a Richmond Heights senior citizen who accused of attempting to murder his wife.

Seventy-three year old Ronald Miller pleaded not guilty to the charges, the retired pharmacist is being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail, and entered his plea through a video hookup.

Bond for Miller is now set at $500,000, the prosecution had wanted a one million dollar bond.

Police claim Miller rigged his wife's car, causing her to crash into a Richmond Heights storefront.
